Kuncai R&D Centre, together with Institute of Chemistry and Chemical engineering in Xiamen University, built the joint laboratory in 2011 to do the research and develop the new luster effect pigment. The group has 8 members and is led by the senior professors in polymers and materials science and doctors, who has rich experience in effect pigment. With the advantages of the university and enterprise, the laboratory plays an important role in products R&D and talent cultivation. As well, the laboratory implement the job of technical performance exchange, project evaluation and the appliance of the intellectual property right and the project approve. Kuncai has a complete comprehensive test system. The comprehensive test group connects with the joint laboratory and magnifies the experiment and turn the experiment result into production. Under the guidance of the academicians, supervisor of the PH.D and professors, Kuncai completes the enterprise system gradually. From the production system, comprehensive test and customers` trial, the new products are introduced into KCPP members formally after the approval.
